Our agency continues to grow and serve our community as best as we can.  Please donate today so that we can continue to do our work. Here are some of our milestones for 2018:

 

  • 100 individuals served through our counseling clinic. 
  • 244 individuals participated in our youth empowerment summit. 
  • Worked with all five major school districts in San Joaquin County (Manteca, Stockton, Tracy, Lodi and Lincoln)
  • Hosted our very 1st high school lavender graduation
  • Started monthly Pride At Tracy hours in partnership with Tracy Library
  • 30 active members of the Stockton Transgender Alliance 
  • 25 foster agencies/foster service providers participate in our LGBT+ Foster Youth Stakeholder Committee
  • Supported 30 LGBT+ student clubs/ or groups 
  • Conducted 26 LGBT+ sensitivity training classes with over 500+ adults in attendance 
  • 200 youth attended our annual SF Field Trip

p.s. Here's what your contribution will go towards today: 

  • $3,500 donation pays our rent and lets us keep our doors open for one month.
  • $2000 donation allows our youth outreach team to visit high schools and provide empowerment assistance and anti-bullying supplies for a month.
  • $1000 donation pays for one counseling appointments for 10 people so that they can receive free counseling. 
  • $500 donation pays for two months of keeping our lights on at the Center.
  • $250 donation pays for staffing all of our peer groups for a month.
  • $100 donation pays for one counseling session for a community member in need.
  • $50 donation pays for two boxes of paper
  • $25 donation pays for a binder to be given to a youth in need.

Thank you for donating to the San Joaquin Pride Center (SJPC).  Because of your support, SJPC will be able to continue to advocate for our LGBT+ within San Joaquin County and provide resources and social opportunities for our community.  Throughout each year, SJPC provides the following programs free to our community:

Youth Empowerment Program

Youth Field Trip to San Francisco

Youth Prom

Counseling Services 

Peer support groups for men, women, transgender and youth

In addition to the above, SJPC is the hosting organization for our area's annual LGBT+ Pride Festival.
